Job Description
Julimos, a leading technology staffing company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Developer to join our team. As an ERP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ERP solutions to meet our client’s business requirements. This position requires strong technical expertise in ERP systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and design ERP solutions to streamline and automate business processes.
- Customize and configure ERP software based on client specifications, ensuring best practices and standards adherence.
- Develop and maintain custom modules, interfaces, and reports within the ERP system.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise on ERP capabilities and limitations.
- Perform unit testing and troubleshooting of ERP applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with data migration and integration activities between ERP systems and other business applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP technologies
and trends, and provide recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful ERP implementation and post-implementation support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an ERP Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
- Proficiency in ERP customization and configuration, including developing custom modules, interfaces, and reports.
- Experience with ERP integration and data migration activities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ERP best practices and industry standards.
- Remote work experience is a plus.
