Job Description
Julimos, a leading technology staffing company, is seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer (User Experience Designer) to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our client’s digital products and services. This position requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and gather user requirements to inform the design process.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and interactions visually.
- Design and iterate on user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and accessible.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve the user experience iteratively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and promote a user-centric mindset within the organization.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a track record of delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
- Knowledge of user research techniques, such as user interviews and usability testing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate user, needs into practical design solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Remote work experience is a plus.
