Julimos, a leading technology Staffing company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translate them into actionable solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of business processes and technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of requirements.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies in project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize project scope and deliverables.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback collection and validation.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for enhancing business processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
