Job Description

Julimos, a leading technology staffing company, is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join our team. As a CIO, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of our client’s technology operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation. This position requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the technology strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the IT department, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of enterprise-wide systems and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business operations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders to understand their technology needs and align IT initiatives accordingly.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources and timely delivery of projects.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance, security, and data privacy.
  • Lead IT governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
  • Foster strong partnerships with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners to leverage their expertise and drive innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments, and provide recommendations for improving IT capabilities and efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in progressively responsible IT leadership roles, including experience as a CIO or in a similar capacity.
  • Strong technical knowledge across multiple IT domains, including infrastructure, applications, security, and data management.
  • Proven track record of driving digital transformation and implementing innovative technology solutions.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
