Job Description

Julimos, a leading technology Staffing company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in successfully managing projects within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost control.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Track and report project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, including kick-off, status, and review meetings.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible to stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and analyses to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex technology projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
