Julimos, a leading technology staffing company, is seeking skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Testers to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our client’s software applications. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand software requirements and design test cases.
• Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
• Identify and document software defects, issues, and risks.
• Perform thorough regression testing to ensure the stability and integrity of software applications.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Participate in the design and implementation of test strategies and test plans.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing techniques, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking systems, such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
