Job Description
Julimos, a leading technology staffing company, is seeking skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Testers to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our client’s software applications. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand software requirements and design test cases.
- Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Identify and document software defects, issues, and risks.
- Perform thorough regression testing to ensure the stability and integrity of software applications.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Participate in the design and implementation of test strategies and test plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing techniques, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking systems, such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Remote work experience is a plus.
